Was on a business trip with colleagues. Took almost the whole hotel.

Pros.
The hotel is new, everything is relative, a whole, beautiful and clean. Only 5 room shabby leather couch, peeling your pants.
In winter, heat in all rooms 6 corner rooms. Wi-Fi Is Available. Claims to the staff is almost there.

Cons.
The hotel is situated 100 meters from the main road with heavy traffic in Samara. Window suites (4 and 5 rooms) go out on the track. There are no air conditioners, even "suites". The noise from the highway with the Windows open in the rooms from 1 to 6. The rooms from 7 to 10 come out the other side.
The hotel itself is on the second floor, located on the ground - car wash complex with all the consequences. The noise from opening the gate carwash in rooms 1 through 4. Approaching the car, a horn which demand attention from workers washing. Disappears the water pressure in the shower, in rooms 1 through 6 when operating a car wash.
About the bathroom. In the rooms from 7 to 10 a musty smell from the toilet. Pomada in the shower and not to flood the entire bathroom is not possible, the blinds have a decorative function. Soundproofing in the rooms, no sitting in the room could hear what need to cope in a toilet with another room.

About the food. There is a bar in the hotel lobby. There is an expensive café on the ground floor, entrance from the street. The owner of the entire complex, trying to drive away, couriers, food delivery, insisting that guests eat in his tavern.

In engineering, only a very cheap TV 32 inch with terrestrial channels.
Payment forward. Checks are issued only upon departure. The landlord is resisting a refund, if you have not lived the whole paid period.
