Our family really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, modern renovation and design. We had a two-room quadruple room. TV and air conditioner in every room. Refrigerator in only one. The linen and towels are white. The blankets are very soft and pleasant. Kettle, glasses, cups according to the number of guests.

Excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable. We took a double room for four. The room has a kettle and crockery, toiletries, hair dryer. There is a 24-hour cafe on the ground floor. If we drive by again, we will definitely stop by!
In general, the complex provides quality services with a good state of the hotel industry. But one big BUT! When checking in, you are interested in the administration not as a Guest, in the full sense of understanding this term for the hotel business, but as a person who must comply with all the requirements of federal laws in terms of providing full originals of identity documents, and all family members (from small to large). If there is a foreigner in your family, then there should be total control over his documents and the attitude towards you depends on the completeness of their provision and does not depend on your desire to respect privacy. My advice, if you or your fellow traveler is a foreigner, look for another place to sleep in Syzran.
Stayed here for the night after a long journey. Great place with great service like a hotel. Shower in the room. Comfortable bed. There is a restaurant where you can dine. Free secure parking. On the downside, the air conditioner crackled in the middle of the night and had to be turned off.
We rested in July 2021 with children after a day on the road. Reviews are only the most wonderful 1000000% really wanted on the way back only here, unfortunately it did not work out. Service is top notch. Guarded parking. Clean and chic room. A complete set for each family member of hygiene products. The dining area is very tasty. The children are so delighted and we rested !!! THANKS to everyone, I would like such a service as you have 🤗👏👏👏👏
