The hotel, after a major and modern renovation, looks very stylish and beautiful. The hotel has three residential floors. The room is large, roomy, the beds are of medium softness, they do not squeeze, which pleases, comfortable and wide, despite the fact that they are separate. The room has a wardrobe, a mini sofa, an armchair, two soft chairs and a coffee table, there is also air conditioning and a TV. Nice and friendly staff, especially the administrator Ksenia, who will welcome you with cordiality, place you in your room and tell you about the sights of the city of Syzran, where to go for a walk, what to see and where to eat deliciously. Recommend! Price and quality!
I really liked it too. Breakfast for 200 rubles. There is a coffee machine. Everything in the room is clean and comfortable. A blanket for the winter would be even thicker.
Would put 5 stars if it were not for the boorish staff. Not only did they give the wrong room that they had booked, they also presented it not as their mistake, but as a favor - live where you settled.

An excellent modern hotel, there is the necessary hygienic imagination: shower gel, shampoo, brush, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, a set of towels. Cleaning daily. On the 1st floor there is a dining room or a restaurant, you can eat or warm up your food. There are water coolers on the floors. The staff is excellent, they are sympathetic to the needs of the guests: they provided a second pillow, large glasses in the room, etc. I recommend.
On July 20, a company returned from Dagestan to Kazan. Near Syzran we decided to have a snack in the hotel cafe. The choice of food was quite large. They took rice, fish, chicken, borscht, shurpa and something else. The dinner made an "indelible" impression. The food was not only bland and tasteless, but also of disgusting quality. My lunch of rice, salad of withered vegetables, pieces of chicken and a pie with compote cost 350 rubles. We were shocked how it was possible to contaminate the rudimentary dishes. NOTHING was eaten. It feels like they were cooking for livestock. Just awful. Unsanitary conditions. There was no soap, no napkins on the tables. The attitude of the owners of the establishment to the guests, as to the cattle passing by. Disgrace😠
