1. Room condition is good. Well insulated. 24 hours hot water supply.
2. Language is a big problem for non-Russians. Only reception ladies can understand a little bit English. Always carry Google translator app in your smart phone.
3. Restaurant service is worstest, horrible. We had to go outside at freezing cold to take our dinner. There are two restaurant ladies out of five (I do not know their name) are ill mannered, do not know how to behave with guest. We have been cheated in our food bills by those women, as we did not cross check by google translator app then.

Everything would be fine, but why is there a noisy festivity next to the hotel every night? Loud music plays, chatter, laughter ... There are two options: either these walking tough comrades and it is dangerous even for the police to contact them, or the owner of the hotel does not give a damn about the residents! And we, in fact, do not live here for God's sake!

You can live, the hotel is not freshly renovated, the prices are affordable. The minus is big, what you can buy in the rooms, the smell after the previous tenants who smoke is appropriate. Breakfast is not recommended.
I gave it a high rating due to the value for money.
Convenient location (close to shops, squares, public transport), good cuisine (I had breakfast and dinner - everything was always delicious), friendly and caring staff, spacious rooms...
Of the minuses: outdated furniture and plumbing. But the cost of living covers this minus.
