The review was written on 25.08.21. This is not only a hotel, but also a residential complex. There are 5 types of rooms and apartments. These are standard, improved standard, deluxe, suite, three-room apartments. There is a magnificent spa with 3 types of baths and two swimming pools. One for children, the other for adults. Russian bath - average temperature 85, humidity 60, Hamam, herbal sauna - average temperature 55, humidity 40. Children over 6 years old are prohibited from swimming in the children's pool. Before entering the restaurant, you can drink mineral water from your own pump room, which is open as follows: 7:00-10:00 13:00-15:00 17:00-19:00 The reception is decorated in a modern ECO style, using green moss, which is present in many elements of the hotel's decor. The restaurant offers a magnificent view of a large rose garden with a fountain. Every morning the restaurant serves a buffet breakfast.

We lived in a rented 2-room apartment of this complex. Excellent location! You can use all the services of the hotel, as well as hotel guests: swimming pool, sauna, children's room. There is a pump room with mineral water. I will return only here in this city

Excellent hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the SPA, as it was closed until November 1. Excellent rooms, delicious and varied food, the most delicious coffee. I chose based on reviews and photos - 100% of my expectations were met. I will recommend this hotel to everyone in Kislovodsk.

I will explain the origin of one star. I hope the manager also reads the review and accordingly understands what’s going on. The hotel is wonderful. Everything is quite clean. There are a number of nuances, but these are rather nit-picking. We rented an apartment. In principle, everything pleased me. We have been to many places and indeed, there is something to compare with. Book and check in with confidence, don’t even hesitate IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO EAT HERE! Immediately look for another place where you will eat. The food is disgusting, we've been there 3 times and it's not tasty all the time! Although the prices are really restaurant prices. Good products, not bad presentation, but they cook worse than if you just take everything and throw it in one pan. The third time, my patience failed me and I constructively expressed my dissatisfaction. I was told that the administrator would call back to resolve the issue, but the call did not take place. Therefore 1 star. Change the cook and everything will be fine.

Polite and responsive staff. Employees observe the mask regime (the only ones in Kislovodsk, the rest of the people apparently have already defeated the coronavirus). The rooms are clean, quiet, no road noise. The food in the restaurant is delicious, also ordered in the room - reasonable prices and tasty. Parking places for your car are always available, I liked that the area around the hotel is fenced. The hotel has a pump room with mineral water, works according to the schedule. Wifi is free and worked fine. In general, I liked everything, I did not want to leave.

We have discovered a new place for recreation, convenient for all provided conditions. Very cozy new rooms with good furniture and appliances. The hotel has mineral water, a swimming pool with a sauna, a hammam, and an aroma room. Delicious and varied food. Friendly staff and everything up to standard. We will definitely eat there. The water in the pool is mineral and useful for staying in it. There is an aroma room for breathing spruce and other aromas with a little progress, where you can stay longer than usual.

Excellent hotel of European level with polite and friendly staff. Excellent, delicious breakfasts. Warm and cozy rooms with huge beds. Perfect cleanliness, everything shines. Convenient location. To the central alley 5 minutes walk. Tours are picked up directly from the hotel. On the minus 2 floor there is a swimming pool, a hammam and two saunas. Near the reception there are faucets with mineral water.

Excellent hotel complex. Cozy and comfortable room (WiFi, TV, tea, cups, kettle, bottled water, safe, iron, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers). Very tasty food in the restaurant, in i.ch. excellent breakfasts. Spa complex with a large swimming pool and three different steam rooms.
