The place is excellent, birds sing in the morning. In the morning we leave the room - there is yesterday's plate, flies fly over it, there were 10 people of gypsy nationality in the small pool on one of our weekends, they made noise, drank, no relaxation. The prices in the restaurant are decent, but tasty.
The room is decent, big. The Internet is a separate story, it would be better if it did not exist at all.
The location is good - the place of Lermontov's duel is a 5-minute brisk walk. From there you can easily climb Mount Mashuk. The mountain itself is simply beautiful, the view is magnificent over the whole of Pyatigorsk, if the weather is good, you can see Mount Elbrus. We easily reached the city center and walked in 40-50 minutes, by taxi 5-10 minutes. We advise you to rent an electric scooter, so you can move faster, there is a parking lot for scooters near the place of Lermontov's duel, where there are vans with coffee (in the evenings they saw them, during the day they did not pay attention), also throughout the city (70r / 10min). There are not many restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is free buffet, will make scrambled eggs if you ask.
We arrived only because of the location. The service is good.

A wonderful place for a long stay and for a one-night stand. The lost paradise really turned out to be lost among the forest on Mount Mashuk. But this is perhaps more poetical than real. I got from the station to Yandex taxi in 10-14 minutes. Arrived earlier than check-in hour. I was allowed to change and leave my things at the reception. And I left ... I went into the distance ... To the park along the asphalt path. I wanted to walk to Proval, then to Flower Garden Park. I walked from the Lost Paradise for about an hour, maybe a little more. A gorgeous park, you walk in the shade of trees, you can hear the chirping of birds, not a walk, but a fairy tale ... But perhaps I have deviated a little from the topic. Paradise has its own swimming pool and restaurant. The pool is small and clean. But for me the water was hotter there than in the Andaman Sea in Thailand. Swam there around 6 pm. The pool is open from about 8 to 23 hours. I believe that it is more pleasant to wash your hot body there in the early or late hours in order to somehow cool off. For those who like it hot, I think it's the temperature. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, so I can't say anything about the dishes that are served there. But the territory is cozy, there is a restaurant in the courtyard. The rooms are simple and comfortable, and most importantly they are clean. There is generally everything - slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a bunch of towels. The room has a mini-bar - alcohol from it is paid. What is on the table is free (well, as I understand it). On the table - a bottle of water, chips and condoms (a gentleman's set, however :)). The girl at the reception answered all my hundred questions calmly and naturally :) in general, my verdict - heaven did not seem like hell to me :) the place is super, but because this restaurant is not in the city center, but in the middle of the park, on the contrary, it wins 100 / 500%. I chose it according to the rave reviews on the booking and it was right. I hope you, dear readers, too, my review will help you choose the right place for a good rest in the wonderful city of Pyatigorsk.

The location is great if you want to relax in silence away from the noise of the city. The hotel is located in the park. Unfortunately, you will also have to take a break from the Internet, it catches very badly, even local wi-fi. The rooms are nice and clean, but our air conditioner did not work well. There is a good restaurant on site. All staff are extremely friendly. In general, if you want silence and the Internet is not critical for you, I advise this hotel. Excellent combination of price and quality.

Good hotel. I won't call it a top, but I liked the place and the service. Polite and accommodating staff, pleasant atmosphere, rooms on a level, with a dental kit and all the things you need on a business trip and for vacation. There is an outdoor pool where you can relax. There is also a cafe with good food. The place of Lermontov's duel is a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can also put in the vicinity of Mashuk, but be prepared for a good cardio load. A good restaurant Kinza is a 20 minute walk away. Another important minus is a weak wi-fi, and the network itself does not catch it.
