Good day, I want to leave a review about the sanatorium-clinic "Elorma". To begin with, for 12 days - almost 100 thousand rubles. for two - these are the wildest prices for the level of a Soviet clinic. In order for hot water to flow from a shower or sink, you need to wait almost half an hour for it to run through the pipes. Meals in the dining room for three: they can give compote, they can forget it, there is no tea for lunch at all, the same menu every day, a constant flow of people, that all 5 tables for 4 people in a room of 18 m2 are OCCUPIED! At first you endure, then you beat it and go to cafes on the resort boulevard. A meager number of procedures, the most severely curtailed 7-day sanatorium program literally for 3-4 procedures - and even then they are not every day, but sometimes they happen every other time. Oilcloths on massage tables are not changed, thus 50 people lie on them a day. Towels are changed almost once a week. Specifically, our room has a very small toilet.

From pluses: polite staff, convenient location and proximity to the park and resort boulevard. Not a bad renovation in the room.

The only plus is the location in the center. Cons: The dining room is only 6 tables, NOT a buffet, but rather a dining room with several dishes to choose from. Rooms are small and very noisy at night with windows open. We were extremely dissatisfied with the fact that hot water was turned off for 4 days during the week, we had to remember what basins and kettles are. Although the other resorts on the site had been warning of water cuts since April, Elorme pretended not to have even heard of it. Accordingly, there are no baths or showers these days, and there is nothing to change them for. Massage is paid. In general, the price does not correspond to the expected rest.
