In the rooms, a kettle, dishes, a corkscrew were kindly provided to us by the manager Tatyana. In general, all the staff at the hotel are excellent! Soulful caring, you seemed to be visiting relatives. Tatiana is so charming in general. A short example: we woke up at 6:00 in the morning and left our room at 7:00, but breakfast starts later, so they quickly made us delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, gave yoghurts, bananas and coffee and even made croissants with ham. And all this is somehow at home and without the slightest problem. I think this is a super service! You girls are wonderful.
In the room: two 0.5L bottles of water on the first day of arrival, tea, sugar, glasses and cups. Bathrobes, cosmetic kits (there is even a shaving cream in a small tube), 6 towels. The main territory of the hotel is well-groomed, but now the construction of a new building is underway and there, for obvious reasons, there is construction waste. The next day the fountain was turned on. For a leisurely vacation, a great place with good staff and warm-hearted attitude.
