Recently returned from Kislovodsk. We rested in this resort. Only the warmest memories. Polite staff, the presence of an excellent dining room in the building, as well as in the immediate vicinity. Nearby is an excellent kebab house "Edik's" with a very tasty menu. Close proximity to the park! Came out - already in the park. Very good location. Of course, not renovated, but everything is pretty clean and decent. And, accordingly, a fairly reasonable price for accommodation. Highly recommend.
The window is broken. The socket is hanging. Furniture not younger than 30 years old. The bathroom door has been broken.
The last repair seems to have been under Brezhnev ....

Everything is fine. It's like being in the Soviet Union. But cozy. Balcony. The food is decent in the dining room. Clean new linens. The mattresses are not pressed through. There is a refrigerator, a TV set, a set of tea cups, a TV set. The only thing is there are no kettles in the rooms.
This is not the first time I have stayed at this Pension. Very good location, helpful and helpful staff. This time it was placed in a room with a balcony, very comfortable.
Special thanks for the help to the staff who worked on the evening of May 13, who helped me pack the presents from Kislovodsk for my family!

Ugly! It is full of... bugs on the food in the dining room, everything is old, shabby, no Elevator, shower right over the toilet, works like he wants, would never have come back here to live had in November of 2016, maybe the company paid for this place! But it is full of PI...

We rested in the first building ... Guys, this is Sovdep! The condition of the rooms for 2000 r, just awful! The room we were offered at first was with a broken bed and a constantly flowing shower. But I will say thanks to the administration for changing the number. If you are a couple with your husband, do not expect to be provided with a double bed. We were refused, citing the fact that all numbers are busy (which turned out to be untrue). On the entire floor next to us there were only a couple of busy rooms. Maybe they wanted surcharges ... I won’t say for sure. In general, we only came to spend the night and take a shower, the rest of the time we spent in the city. My opinion: between the boarding house and the rented apartment, I will choose the apartment next time. They are both cheaper and look better 🧐
