Were not this year on vacation and treatment in the sanatorium of Kislovodsk LUCH. Kislovodsk is a world health resort ... there are several dozen sanatoriums there. A ticket for one person came out 70 thousand rubles and this was a course for 21 days. The price included three super meals a day (all were individually prescribed by a doctor in advance). At night, kefir, cottage cheese ... Everything is like in the good old ones🤗🤗🤗 .. Swimming pool every day, Charcot's shower and many other procedures prescribed by the doctor too. Reception of mineral waters, oxygen cocktails, too, every day. There were also daily walks in the picturesque corners of nature👍👍👍... the downside for us was that we could not go to Mount Elbrus, but it was for health reasons. The air cannot be compared with our city air! Cleaning was done in the room every day. Very kind, polite staff all the time. In general, the choice was made right! We arrived healthy, rested under the sea of impressions!!!!

Not as good as 30 years ago, but no worse than in other sanatoriums of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, which are trying to "survive". I would give 5 when I was here in the summer. But, having booked a ticket for the winter in the fall, I got into the following situation. The price per day has not changed, the food has become worse. And the number of procedures included in 1200 per day decreased by half (the prices were raised before the new years), but we already had a reservation and there was no time to deal with the return of the prepayment. Accordingly, the additional procedures that I paid for in the summer for 24 tr, I cannot afford in the same amount. Many had to be abandoned so that the number of those remaining did not change. A strange but profitable marketing ploy - increasing the price of a part under previously concluded contracts.

Very decent resort, well maintained and clean inside and out. Located in the city center. Friendly and skillful staff, about half wearing masks. Good therapist: prescribed all the procedures that we asked for and advised several others that we did not know about. An excellent cryosauna procedure, its prices are lower than in other sanatoriums.

Kislovodsk. Narzans. Great excursions. The town is spread over the mountains and hills. Compact. And what kinds !!! Historical places. I want to rest as well as I did in the days of Pushkin, Lermontov ... Smart! I definitely recommend it to everyone.
There is a magnificent park. Be sure to take a walk there. On foot. Slowly. Really like. Sanatorium "Ray" is one of the best.
