Rested during the New Year holidays-2021. The hotel is wonderful. Of the key advantages - excellent location on Kurortny Boulevard, helpful staff, comfortable rooms with daily high-quality cleaning. The best option for accommodation for two is a deluxe classic - a two-room suite, small but very comfortable. The price tag is above average. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, the option of breakfast included in the price was excluded. They had to be paid separately. But around the hotel there are a lot of catering establishments, so this is not critical. The hotel restaurant "Lamb" is expensive, but not bad, we advise you to try Caucasian cuisine, in addition, there is also a barbecue house in the hotel building. In general, "Pan-Inter" makes a good impression. I recommend for a holiday in wonderful Kislovodsk.

Excellent hotel with excellent friendly staff. We stayed in a room "prestige +" overlooking the boulevard. The room has a kettle, cups, plates, forks, spoons. There is a microwave oven at the reception, an ironing board on the 4th floor. The location is probably the best. There are several cafes nearby, but after 23:00 they are all closed. A 3-minute walk pump room (near Letual). The staff is responsive, all requests are responded to quickly. The cleanliness of the room is 5, the bed linen and towels were changed several times during the week. I advise.

The hotel is not big compact. Very cozy. The rooms are spacious. Good mattresses. Delicious breakfasts. Cheeses with milk fat replacer spoil everything. The staff is friendly and responsive. The cobweb in the room spoils everything (pictured) well, they are disposable brushes for that and disposable to change them every time. Well, the machine can be put as a 4-star hotel. Well, I recommend a very good location
