Restaurant. Each prescribed diet. With 8-to 11-and-Breakfast. Lunch from an hour to 3. Dinner from 7-to 8-I. the Food is not fat, all rich. Sweet and baked only for Breakfast; after dinner, making yogurt/yoghurt. At the bar you can drink fresh juice, but it's for a fee (400 rubles..).
Programs. Gymnastics, gym, swimming pool, water Park, library (cheap novels, classics and children's comics from the 90's), nursery (looking after children), show movies. Within the resort (by the pool) there is a Park with a slide and swings for children. The water Park features slides, swimming pool, sun loungers, changing rooms. In one of the blocks (slimy in the middle of the Park) there is a terminal and the mobile operator (Beeline). The pool water is warm.
Room. Clean and comfortable. Came every day to clean and changed the sheets. TV a work Desk, air-conditioned (though weak), shower not very convenient - the water is poorly regulated, alas. Okay, it's tolerable. Wi-Fi is slow.
Me and especially my parents very much. Recommend.

A great resort. Treatment at the highest level. From the network "Dolina Narzanov" (there is still Essentuki, and Nalchik), this is the best.
