Cafe at the hotel, breakfast was à la carte, everything was prepared and served on time.

Good day! I was in Pyatigorsk for the first time, I came with a girl perfectly 👌 to have a good time, as soon as the problem started. The hotel itself is cool, the roomservice is excellent !!! I am very grateful to the hotel staff, except for the only Svetlana! She is not very tactful, not competent, habalistic, I say it as it is !!

Excellent hotel! I spent the New Year holidays here with my wife. Everything is wonderful! Nature, weather, comfort in the room, view from the window to Mount Mashuk, polite staff - everything for relaxation! The only drawback is the lack of restaurant service in the evening hours. We had dinner elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, comfortable, excellent rooms, spacious, everything is there.
For smokers, the smoking room is like a small cigar club.

I visited a restaurant at the hotel, there was a corporate party at work. Overall not bad, atmosphere is good, staff, but food ..... leaves a lot to be desired. For the money that they take there, it's not worth it. Something tasty and something not. Lyulya were overdried, the fish is red, it is not clear whether fish at all. And portions, portions for the kids. Alcohol is generally transcendental.

Visited the restaurant in the hotel, there was a corporate party at work. Overall, not bad, atmosphere is good, the staff but the food.....Leaves much to be desired. For the money that they take, not worth it. Something tasty and what is not. Lula was dry, the fish is red it is unclear whether fish in General. And the portions, the portions for the kids. Alcohol do zaoblochnye.

Very nice place, nice, not expensive, good staff. Everything is delicious. There is a parking lot. One of the best restaurants in Pyatigorsk, if not the best. I advise everyone. There are also two children's rooms, for very toddlers and for teenagers with PS4. All this is free.
