Cozy rooms, warm floors. There is car parking under a canopy. Sauna, hammam, massage for a separate fee. Stopped in for work and was happy. Discount when booking on the site 10%, a trifle, but nice!

Decent hotel as described. Breakfasts are tolerable, a big plus that they are served almost at any time. Liked that there is a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The room is larger, everything was needed, good plumbing and a comfortable mattress. Of the minuses - the air conditioner does not work well, it needs to be cleaned. And when you check out, they don't let you go until they check if the room is in order, a very unpleasant and humiliating procedure, we have not come across such a thing anywhere in the world. Very spoiled this overall impression of the hotel.

Great hotel! They accept payment by card. The rooms are clean. There are towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos and shower gels.
The room also has a safe, refrigerator with minibar, TV, kettle, two bottles of water.
The room rate included breakfast (5 dishes to choose from plus a sandwich or 2 pancakes). There is also a small buffet in addition to breakfast.
Very cool that the time for breakfast is from 5 am to 1 pm. Moreover, if you need to go on an early excursion, then you can ask to prepare breakfast by four in the morning.
The restaurant has a billiard table.
There is a balcony for smoking. There are also rooms with a balcony, but we didn't get one, unfortunately.
The interior of the room is normal, but overall the interior of the hotel is very beautiful.
Taxi to / from the center - 90-100 rubles.
If I come to Pyatigorsk again, then only to this hotel!
