The photos on their website do not correspond to reality. Noise isolation is terrible. Although my windows did not face the road, it felt like I was sleeping on the street near the highway. It was heard how they were snoring in the next room and not only it was heard. The repair is old, the furniture in the room is tired, the shower almost did not work, someone's hair was lying everywhere, the bed is insanely uncomfortable. To swim, you need to wait for warm water for about 10 minutes. When I said at the reception that the shower was leaking in the room and you couldn’t swim normally, to which they answered me, we’ll call a plumber when you eat.

Stayed at this hotel twice. For the first time they gave a full breakfast, ate on the veranda. At the same time, breakfast is hardly breakfast. You can’t eat on the veranda, only in the club / bar on the -1 floor with loophole windows. For three nights there was no cleaning. Dokuchi host events in the restaurant on the ground floor. Until 23.00 are eligible. But, at 23 it doesn't stop. In general, for almost a year, the hotel has lost the last thing for which it would be worth staying. Well, as a bonus, I was waiting for such a gift in the room when we settled in July 2020. As an apology, 2 beers were issued ...

Bad hotel. Noisy from the road. The rooms have old furniture, above the bed there was a place for a night light, but it is not there, there is a place for a refrigerator, but there is no refrigerator. Wifi is very weak. Cleaning is bad, dirty. The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear snoring in the next room! At breakfast for two - they took out breakfast and left. There was 1 cup left for two and crappy instant coffee in a bag.

We spent a lot of time to find everything in one place and this is done , it is the most quiet and bright place with a great kitchen and service staff, as it is impossible not to note owners of such a cool institution they tried to please our every whim and constantly if necessary was there and controlled the process of their work and that all went according to plan.

The photos of the booked room on booking do not match the actual room. The rooms vary in comfort. The room turned out to be much more modest and does not pull out for 3,640 rubles / day - this is a minus. Also of the minuses - the lack of glasses for champagne, a romantic evening was in jeopardy))
I also didn’t really like the administrator’s discussion in full voice at the entire reception, hotel customers with someone from the management team on the phone: arrived / did not arrive, paid / did not pay ... and all this with the voicing of the names and surnames of hotel customers.
On the plus side, the cleanliness of the room!
