Service is disgusting !!! I definitely do not recommend going there. We went in a company, you just had to spend the night for 1 night. We took a two-room suite with a sofa in the living room (family), designed for 5 + 1 people. There were five of us. Paid for the room 4000r (including discounts on booking). Firstly, they gave only 4 sets of bed linen (2 doubles), for an additional set of linen, a surcharge of 500 rubles! We asked for an additional blanket, because it was cold at night - they gave us no blanket cover, because we refused to take an additional set of linen. There were 2 robes in the room, slippers - 1 pair for all. The toilet was wobbling, the door to the bathroom did not close, there were no curtains in one of the bedrooms, as a result, the sun was shining in the eyes from the very morning. I am already silent about the interior of this establishment - in the "brothel" style. It is clear for what purposes people come here to rest.
Breakfast is a separate issue. We paid for it, we were told that it was from 8 to 10 in the morning. At 9 o'clock, we came to the reception, said that breakfast was ordered in advance, in the end, they were not fed. Why weren't they warned about this in the evening ?? Isn't the fact that the money was paid for breakfast an indicator that we will go for it?
In general, we will never return to this place and will not recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the administration.
