The place is good, but the room could be cleaned once a day.

Stayed at this hotel for one night in May 2021. The room is clean, the bed is clean, the mattress is soft. The breakfast is very good. I didn’t like the lack of drinking water in the room (at least 0.5 liters of water could be supplied), I had to go to the hall for water. And there is still no safe in the room (nowadays this iron box costs 4-5000 rubles), and its absence causes a lot of inconvenience. Noise isolation in the room is average (the window overlooked the road and at first I thought it was open, but not). Everything else is good. The staff are friendly.
The hotel was VERY cold.At the reception promised a heater,but then it turned out that they ended.Three days slept in clothes.
Hello, this is really a wonderful hotel, comfortable and convenient location in the heart of Stavropol, cozy rooms, wonderful breakfasts and friendly staff create an atmosphere of warmth and joy!!!
