They are happy to have guests, always ready to help, willing to meet halfway. The service is decent, the cleaning is high-quality. Quiet enough with the windows closed. The noise of the cafe is not heard. There are noisy guests. Good location - the very center, easy to walk to the sights, great view from the window. Closed parking, however, shared with the bank, everything is signed in the parking lot and clear. Breakfast, however, is poor, some things are brought, and some dishes are finished and do not expect a refill. But they offer an alternative: the omelet ran out, they offered to fry an egg. The cafe-restaurant on the territory did not impress - with pretensions, designer, but the waiter clearly needs to work on improving the quality.

+ The location is right in the hear of the city so it is extremely easy to get to the park, museums, shops and restaurants On the first night I had a khachapuri and steak which were delicious. I also had breakfast at the hotel on several days. The food was delicious and was prepared very quickly The style of the room looked a little old fashioned but I actually really liked the style. I stayed in two rooms on two occasions and both were very large with lots of light, space and a nice shower-bathroom. The bed was also extremely comfortable The hotel was spotless. I hardly saw the cleaners as they mostly cleaned in the day when I was out but when I came back everything was always perfect. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During my stay I had several issues with my banking due to international sanctions. The staff were incredibly helpful with this and helped me to arrange a taxi, room and organise changing my cash (there is a bank in the hotel). Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names of everyone who helped but I do remember Elizaveta and Julia at the reception were especially welcoming and helpful. Also Ignor in the restaurant

Excellent, inexpensive hotel. Polite staff, cleanliness of the premises and rooms. Downtown. There are many places nearby where you can walk and relax. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

The room is clean and comfortable, tea, coffee, kettle, bathrobe lamp on the bedside table... In general, everything you need for a temporary stay is in the room.
