I was extremely surprised by this hotel.
Everything is so ambiguous that I don't even know where to start.
Pros:
- new, clean and well maintained rooms
- Wi-Fi, bathrobes, in-room safe
- balcony
- mountain view
- pool and sauna until 22.00
- cooler on the floor
Minuses:
- food as from a Soviet canteen, not a 4 * hotel
- the bar is open until 20.00
- the hamam does not work
- no sound insulation (you can hear both the street and the corridor)
Generally:
Zheleznovodsk is a large village, where there is nothing to do except for a magnificent park. Near the hotel there is a mini shop 24 hours, a coffee shop with great coffee and a couple of restaurants.
Upon check-in, they also took a resort fee, which was not warned about. On the eve of arrival at 10 pm, they wrote on WhatsApp that paying only in cash is not very convenient.
When booking, they said to make a doctor's note "about the epidemiological environment", which was not even asked.
