Prices? Well, what do you want, price - quality, and yes you can afford it. Yes, I don't come often, and I want to visit again! I recommend to everyone!

The building stands out for its height, beautiful illumination in the evening. There is an observation deck on the 52nd floor. The Museum of Vysotsky was opened. The museum is excellent. I visited with great pleasure.

We rented a bridal suite in Vysotsky. The room is great, the view is great. As a gift, the hotel gave us a ticket to the observation deck with an open date and a free late check-out at 15.00. Breakfast was also included in the price!

The view is amazing! We got caught in the rain, at first we were upset - it’s not very pleasant to walk under umbrellas, but on the other hand, we were, firstly, alone on the entire site, and secondly, after the rain, the most beautiful rainbow in life looked out! I have never seen anything like it anywhere else.

Vysotsky is the most beautiful business center in Yekaterinburg. The office space itself is done at an excellent level, but this is not the main thing. At the very top there is an observation deck. What an amazing view from there! I recommend going to this site both in the daytime and at night. You definitely won't regret it!

Beautiful place. I think that this is where you should start getting acquainted with the city (read about it in advance, of course)) Everything is visible, the radio guide tells interesting information, it’s not boring, you want to listen. We were there in the summer - wonderful! Girls, it’s better not to wear flowing skirts and sundresses - the area is open, the wind plays and lifts them into the air)) There are wonderful areas for photos - angel wings, a heart, a reconciliation bench. Wonderful and a must for everyone - both children and adults will love it. The floor below is the Vysotsky Museum, visiting was free.

Awesome place if you like great views on city and surroundings. Whole city is at your disposal, and if visibility is good, you can see really far. Restaurant at the top is also very good.

Modern cities with tall building clusters can create powerful and distinctive features on the skyline more so than those with scattered tall buildings. In terms of their role in the city, tall building clusters can improve the image of the city, provide for high population density, and distinguish the urban centers. However, the planning of tall building clusters needs to be conducted using in-depth analysis in response to the spatial context to create an attractive skyline. This research attempts to compare different layouts of tall building clusters organized in circular, rectangular, and linear geographical areas. Their impact on the skyline was determined by analyzing the visibility and height transitions of these tall building clusters. Grasshopper was used to calculate the degree of surface visibility of these tall buildings from observers in urban spaces. To quantify the height transition of the cluster, the obstructed buildings were identified and mapped on the skyline viewed from a specific viewpoint. The results showed that the linear cluster had high visibility, followed by the circular and rectangular clusters. Decreasing the heights from the center to the periphery supported the focal point of the cluster.When tall buildings and dense populations are concentrated closely, more opportunities are available for walking and cycling; therefore, travel distances and carbon emissions can be reduced. Although tall buildings have the advantages of solving the problems originating in the city (e.g., urban population, land prices and consumption, economic, energy and climate change, infrastructure, etc.), the lack of a specific strategic approach for the arrangement of tall buildings is likely to incur negative impacts on the site and lower the quality of the city. If a high population density and tall buildings are not supported by appropriate infrastructure, it can lead to traffic congestion, overcrowding, and open spaces rendered unusable by air pollution, noise, and lack of continuity [2,3]. However, the negative impacts can be minimized and benefits can be realized if tall buildings are planned well.
