Nice hotel with good location and staff! You can leave things to the staff for a while Nice rooms and very soft beds (drowning in the arms of an angel Kurduk) There is a refrigerator, slippers, breakfast, a water cooler, towels and soap with toilet paper A bit noisy from the road and thin walls As a conclusion, I will say that the price pays off, an excellent hotel without a lift. Good hotel. Rooms are clean, service is unobtrusive. Soundproofing, however, is at zero. But it doesn't bother me personally.

Luxurious hotel. Very convenient location. Near the bus station. The airport is relatively close. And practically in the center of the city.

Location, you can reach the center by walking a few minutes. That's the best part of the hotel

Despite its frosty name meaning "Winter", the hotel offers warm and calm environment. The only annoying drawback is the complete lack of sound insulation. You can hear every whisper behind the wall, and, therefore, they can hear every breath of you. So unless you aren't afraid to be fully exposed, don't even think about making love in Zima :-)

Visited this hotel 10 years ago - great memories of coziness and comfort. In mid-June 2021, I decided to stay at this hotel again. Saddened by the appearance of the entrance group, destroyed "from the recent hurricane wind." The hotel cafe was not working at the time of my arrival and breakfast was delivered to the room in lunch boxes. Rooms have the same furniture, curtains and carpeting as 10 years...

All right. Only the slippers were not found.

A very good hotel. One of the USTA Hotels chain. Located in the city center (2 minutes walk to "Vysotsky"). Quiet center. Excellent room fund. Fresh plumbing and other equipment. At work, there was an early check-out, so breakfast was given with them in the lunch box. Fresh fruits, yoghurts, juice, slices, 5 types of cheese, grapes, sauces .... very worthy.

Very decent hotel, friendly staff, clean, decent, the location is perfect, in the centre of the city and at the same time inside the block, very quiet and comfortable.

Great spacious rooms, all with river views. There is no carriageway between the hotel and the river, only a promenade. Its own free parking. There is a cafe, but it is not in the structure of the hotel, so breakfast should be negotiated separately. Ideal for economical accommodation in the center. You can eat anywhere around.

Huge rooms, huge TV, very comfortable bed, very nice view, quite place far away from city noise. If you check in later you can check out later too. Breakfast is optional, but it is better to go to another place than in this complex.

Very convenient, in the very center of the city

Central location. The water smells like rotten. Not all toiletries were available.

There is a smell of tobacco, and chemosis to expel it. If the windows are on the roadway, it is difficult to sleep. The design is Soviet, but here it could be seen from the photo. Breakfast seems to be a choice from the menu, but in fact not much. But the Internet is good, video calls are drawn, because of this they chose.

Rooms are small but comfotable enogh. It is possible to left you baggage at the reception after room is expired. Very useful for USA visa interview in a short trip. But don't try their breakfast. It is inedible. There are many places where you can eat better around hotel. From my POV it is useful, cheap and comfotable.

Well almost everything (location, service, staff), but this mini-hotel with 12 rooms built on the hotels and the comfort of the guest the idea is very weak. Therefore, only for unpretentious guests who only want to sleep. So the hotel is overrated, in my opinion.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable. From room types, customer service and facilities was perfect. The prime location, close to all major attractions. The staff service at Olimp hotel was fantastic and impressed me. Helpful and great service.

Very cozy and beautiful) pleasant interiors, polite staff!

I liked literally everything: furniture in the room, cleanliness, silence and comfort. I have not seen such a smiling staff anywhere else! Excellent (not for those gaining weight) breakfast and a gorgeous little library with an amazing selection of books to suit all tastes. I will be happy to return here when I need to stay in Yekaterinburg.

The hotel is super. Was in December 2014. I recommend to eat burgers, prepared right in the hotel, not prefabricated. Wi-fi on every floor! Very fast Internet. A very comfortable room. The second time came in August 2015. Nothing has changed in service and quality of service. Only wi-fi failed this time, constantly tadawal.
