De Luxe is just a name
I was pleased with the quick accommodation, friendly staff. You can eat nearby in the Pepper cafe. The food on the menu is not bad and large portions, but the breakfasts on coupons of the hotel are not "very", two options are Tourist and Russian, for an amateur. Among the shortcomings: there is no closed parking (public parking in front of the entrance can be busy, because there is a billiards club in the hotel building, again there is a cafe and a bar nearby. The room is standard, shabby, the front door is skewed, there is a draft from the window in the bathroom, the shower head is clogged long time no cleaning
