Unfortunately, the service of the staff is not natural. I stayed at the hotel every year, starting from 2016. The first time I was settled on the fourth floor, although as it turned out, after I said there were normal rooms. I’ll write about the room, it’s just awful, the smell in the toilet, which was in the room even with the toilet door closed, there were no towels in the room. I don't understand what happened to the hotel staff?! Where is the hotel management looking? I do not recommend staying at this hotel. In the city of Almetievsk there are more affordable, decent and of course modern hotels where you will feel comfortable. I'm sure I won't stay at the Neftyanik Hotel again.
Nice hotel. Neat. And the food is superb - you will lick your fingers.
Mediocre. Rooms are small, TV too, no towels. And so the shower, kodnder, plus clean. Breakfast is the same every day: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, tea, coffee

Excellent cozy hotel in Almetyevsk. Located in the center, has its own parking in the yard. Lived in a double room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, TV, shower. In general, I recommend.
There is wifi, bed socket, what else do you need on a business trip? Breakfast only weak - there is no choice, porridge, scrambled eggs and a cutlet. Coffee for the money.
In General, everything is quite good! The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is OK. Warm in winter. Furniture quite fit. The Parking lot is not guarded but there is. The staff is polite. The center of the city.
