The hotel is clean, linens are new. Lay down 3 towels. Quite enough. In the room there is a kettle, a mini fridge, a TV, a glass of a spoon a bottle of water, cookies, tea and coffee to choose from. Good hotel, helpful staff, for any even the most stupid requests, they answer with a smile. As many wrote that the hotel is cold and noisy, do not believe it. The heating works at 200% noise, during the stay I heard it 1 time, on the floor in the next room they turned on very loud music. Great hotel, great service.

From the outside, the hotel looks shabby. Nicer inside. Offices on the ground floor. Breakfast is mediocre but edible. The room is clean. Pay-per-view channels on TV - Discovery, national geographic, etc. The linen is clean, but not white, cheerful colors. There is no shelf for accessories in the toilet, which is not convenient. The ventilation fan roars like it was last turned on. The blanket stinks...

Modest but clean hotel. Were in transit. We had lunch. Lunch is delicious. Inexpensive. The staff is friendly. Liked. Chetiri only because I didn’t see the numbers, I can’t judge their condition.

Good food, loved it. Beautiful view from the windows of the rooms overlooking the Kama. Nearby is a beautiful promenade with exercise equipment, a playground, a beach. The hotel is in an old building, it's a pity that all the antiquity was closed with a European-style renovation. Very good audibility. Did not like. The TV in the room did not work, as warned.

Very beautiful view of the river Kama. The rooms are not bad, the environment is friendly, the food is not bad, everything is very different. We liked. Pizza is cool, I don’t see any reason or sense to find fault.)

We always come here when we go from Kazan. Clean, spacious toilets with a wash basin, delicious food, friendly cook girls, they will prompt, show you. Thank you very much🙏💕

The coffee is good, prices are reasonable. The toilet is now paid (greed won - they left little for food🤦🏻‍♂️). It's not about the price, it's about the principle. Cafe customers should be free. Large and paved parking. The cafe is clean, neat, fresh (the cafe is still new), I liked the kitchen, the price was a pleasant surprise, there is a tap with spring water, I’m not happy with this water. I recommend it.

Prices are super, everything is new, everything is excellent. There is a waterfall in the big hall. So far, there are no complaints about the cafe, everything is tasty, modestly but tasty. Toilets are clean. This 2021, I definitely recommend for a stopover, lunch, overnight stay.
