We rested at the hotel from 07/06/2018 I want to admire everyone, everything was just wonderful. In the houses everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Landscapes and air are simply amazing, you can swim in the pool, sunbathe on a sun lounger. And what a great idea with a playground for children, a playroom. In the morning, a very tasty, hearty breakfast. No pushiness from employees. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they always help to solve any problem. Thank you very much for such a wonderful holiday. Always only to you.
Best way to clean up the Breitbart
Needs renovation. Upon arrival, they do not change old sponges for washing dishes, gnawed kitchen towels. Broken and stained furniture. Doors do not lubricate, creak. We are not visiting for the first time, but this time we were very upset, all the time there were problems with the TV (they even reduced the number of channels). It can be seen that they began to save on everything). The only thing I want to note is the friendly staff, who are always eager to help.
Very beautiful place, fresh air. We were with children and enjoyed it very much. We lived in the 8th house, next to the barbecue, and the playroom, and access to the reservoirs. The house is cozy and stylish, there is a veranda. Heated floors. The only negative is the water in the shower, you have to wait until the water temperature returns to normal.
Been to this place several times. And so, after the pandemic, we went again, the whole family. The place is gorgeous. Nature, individual houses. Each has a sauna. There is a restaurant on site. But at last it got worse. Breakfast is no longer included (and the price has increased), the rooms (houses) are cleaned so-so - I even saw a bottle in the sauna under the shelf. The linen used to be ironed, but now it is wrinkled, as if it had not been changed at all ... In general, the level has become lower. Is it worth the money? I doubt it.
In general, the hotel is great! Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, comfortable and comfortable houses. The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing! But the cleaning of the houses leaves much to be desired.... The last time we were with our family was from February 29 to March 1, 2020. We settled in a three-room house. The floors are dirty, the shower is dirty, the microwave is dirty, the bed linen is not fresh, we thought that someone had already used the bed linen before us, the pillows are smelly. It would be nice if management read my review and take action. I love Lesnoy Hotel very much, I want to come there again and again!
