Very clean. Courteous staff. Tom yam soup is awesome, not to be compared with Moscow yakitoria. Quickly. I liked it very much!

For us, the main thing is that it is quiet at night, you can open a window at night, a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. Everything corresponded to our wishes. The rest is not important, even a poorly flushing toilet does not lower the rating, for some it may be a problem, according to our requests the hotel is good. Excellent hotel. Located on the outskirts of the city, in a green area near the park. The rooms are large and modern. The hotel has a spa area, which is a plus to the level of service for its guests. Delicious breakfasts. Reasonable prices.

Overall good. The bathroom in the room was dirty. Top of the shower dust. At night I hung a black swimsuit there to dry, took it off in the morning, and there was a layer of dust on it. And behind the sink was a clump of black hair. The pool is nice, the hammam is not functioning as it should. It is not warm inside, there is no steam at all. The receptionist is excellent, the attitude towards guests...

We are a family of five. Unfortunately there was no room for such a big family so we had to leave the kids for a night at a family room and stay at a single room. The family room is very good! It' s rather big, with a separate kitchen ( with no cooker ) and a nice bathroom. The single room was not as comfortable as the family - window view to the dump, noisy fridge ( we had to plug it out), tiny shower...

Great location, inexpensive, has Parking.

Small cozy hotel, friendly staff and perfect cleanliness. The location is strategic! 10 minutes to the Kremlin on foot, near shopping arcades, cafes and shops.

I liked the mini hotel. I didn’t like the need to vacate the room until 12:00, but before moving in, the administrator promised that you could stay a little longer. Do not release at exactly 12:00. The new administrator suggested that we vacate the room at 12:00. This did not make us comfortable. The TV in the room did not work, I think this is a big minus and there were only 2 sets of towels, although...

The first time I stayed in a similar place, I stayed there for three nights very nice hotel, cozy atmosphere, polite staff. When visiting Tula, you can stop there)

Liked. A large suite was rented for 2200r. View in the window on the vastness of the Tula region. The hotel is on the outskirts, 6.5 km to the Kremlin by car standards, not far. A good hotel in a quiet area, while the Kremlin is a leisurely step of 15 minutes. Convenient parking in the courtyard. We were allowed to leave the car when we had already passed the number. The staff is kind. The dining room is mediocre, we ate in the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable) I recommend! P.S. lift fire!!!

It turns out that in Tula in August the peak of tourist activity, and renting a room for a day is a problem, since all the hotels are booked and busy. The administrator greeted us kindly, gave us the last free room, offered breakfast. The guest house itself is neat, the courtyard area is monitored. Two security guards were present at the entrance, which indicates the concern for the safety of the guests...

Small room in attic but clean and with a kettle and fridge and surprisingly big bathroom! Free wifi and parking- very friendly helpful Reception staff.

Great place to stay. Very nice and friendly staff. The room is clean and cozy, the only disadvantage is that we had a room on the fourth floor. TV does not work very well but overall nothing terrible, there are 12 cable channels. Wi-Fi in the room reaches two bars, works not super fast, but do not cause discomfort. There is a small car Park on site. In General, the whole complex leaves only pleasant...
