The staff are very attentive to guests. There are some downsides - hot water does not reach the 3rd floor well. The smell of the water is specific, but it is so throughout the city

But the location of the hotel, clean air and access to the water block all the disadvantages

I think the hotel urgently needs to invest in a water purification system. And it will be possible to raise the price for the rooms. Water, as I understand it, is bad everywhere in Ostashkovo

Changed the number upon check in. There is a layer of old dust under the beds. The water smells strongly of hydrogen sulfide. Delicious and quite inexpensive

We were on the weekend of September 18-19 by a company of 11 people in three cars, we liked everything very much, and the accommodation, and breakfasts, and the barbecue area

There are only breakfasts for a fee, there are no lunches and dinners, but there are Pyaterochka and Magnet nearby, not far from the Dzhus cafe and the Ukha restaurant

The territory and houses are clean and well-groomed. The occupancy was "to the eyeballs", but the overcrowding of the communal apartment was not observed

There are parks on the territory, everything is very clean and nice, there is Wi-Fi and hot water

We went to the bathhouse on August 19. Only the weather let us down a little. Steam up, drank tea, swam in the lake

the territory is 5 +++, there is a bathhouse with a font, a barbecue area, a private pier. We walked a lot in the vicinity. there is simply nothing like this, the location is the best

There are remarks, not very comfortable steam room (high canopy) and shallow water near the pier, it is hard to plunge, water does not reach the panties 🤭, but this is a common problem of shallowing the lake

It's great here in winter, I can imagine that in summer ... The view is chic, clean and comfortable room, everything is within walking distance, just the right thing for relaxation. I advise.

Excellent hotel owners, friendly, positive, ready to help in everything. Of the minuses: One bathroom and 2 toilets for 7 rooms, this is inconvenient
