- The promised parking was not provided (it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Hotel staff sent us to the parking lot security, who told us there was no slots available. Finally, we were allowed to park in the corner, outside the designated place. We waited for 40 minutes to check in, and the administrator didn't even see if the room was paid for. We were NOT provided the room we booked - the one with a big bed, instead we were given a room with two small beds, and without hot water. The next morning, we found out that the COLD water had stopped running, meaning the toilet had no water as well... Dirty and torn carpet along the corridor, no slippers, flaking wallpaper on the room walls, dirt everywhere... this was our worst experience in many years.

Excellent service, a hotel worthy of respect! In terms of services, the Gamma building is similar to the Izmailovo hotel in Moscow. Unfortunately, the room's equipment lacks disposable slippers like in Izmailovo.

I travel a lot around the country, and so, nowhere there are problems with checking in in the morning, we threw our suitcases and went to work. Here we were refused, there is no storage room, things can be left at the reception. We arrived at 8 pm, had to wait 20 minutes for check-in, the program broke. The girl at the reception was without a mask, made a remark, I had to repeat it 2-3 times, in the end I heard a lot, including about some personal problems. This is absolutely not interesting to me. The rooms have more or less furniture, but there is no air conditioning, and this is a very big disadvantage. Outside the window at night it is noisy, as near the station. Nobody changed towels in three days. Cleaning is appropriate. Be careful, there are cockroaches that can crawl over you at night. Breakfasts are scarce, you can see from previous reviews. Serves a woman who looks more like a cleaning lady than a waitress. Well, the highlight, you need to call and hand over the number.

Stayed at this hotel from June 4th to 6th, 2021. Awful smell in the room. (Apparently the ventilation is not working or problems with the sewerage system) The room on the 6th floor at 22 o'clock at first there was no cold water, but the hot one stopped going, just take a shower. The furniture in the room (chairs) is shabby, the towels had to be changed, as they had lipstick. (Changed quickly) The maid did not put the gel and soap on the second day, I had to ask through the administrator, the guard brought ... Breakfast - 4 complexes consisting of eggs (boiled or fried), processed cheese or sausage, butter, 2 slices of bread, pasta or oatmeal (no replacement options) Very unfriendly employee of the tavern (change on June 5). The cooler is in the corridor. The administrators work well, the guards measure the temperature at the entrance. Next time I will try to choose another hotel.

GOSTINICA in the whole city, there is an option to rent a 2-bed grandma's ROOM for 2100, or 1-for 2500 rubles. In the room for 2500 clean enough, fresh, have toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, TV, refrigerator. Toothbrush with paste - 50 rubles - at the reception. Overall - the hotel Council of deputies, but the budget in the district. In the "Volga" declared 6000 RUB. In the room clean enough, bathroom fixtures shiny, but maybe due to the fact that new.

It is a decent hotel. Stayed with a group. One problem — a tourist stuck in the Elevator, had to wait 20 minutes until the master will come and rescue her. Schedule to catch up and failed.
