Good day! The work of the hotel, or rather the staff, is simply disgusting! I tell you: we booked an apartment in this complex (Energetikov 16) for a day from 01/05/01/01/06/2022, accommodation for four (2 adults, 2 children), the reservation was on the website. Received SMS-confirmation of booking an apartment. We arrived in a great mood with the children in this wonderful city of Tyumen (we live 300 km from it), before settling in, we call the phone number indicated in the confirmation SMS, and they tell us that there was no reservation !!!! At our request to settle us at least in any apartment of their hotel (they were ready for an overpayment), we were told: "There are NO PLACES"! Moreover, this is not the first time we have stayed at this place. Never been like this. Last year, they also came here on the same dates, there were no problems.
In general, they left us with the kids without an apartment in this area (it was necessary in this area). In a panic, we began to look for apartments, but you yourself understand, the holidays ... found, of course, in another area. "Thank you" to YOU ​​for not giving up!!!
