An excellent budget place for a business trip. Professional, polite staff. Cleanliness and comfort. On my next business trip to Tyumen, I will definitely stay in Kolos.
Relatively fresh cosmetic repairs. Good location, in the room there is a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need, iron on the floor. Toilet shower in the room. Perfect for 1-2 nights. Cons: No lift. Value for money!
Very decent! We took two rooms of 1400. Everything is beautiful, clean, tidy. The reception is courteous, received quickly, the cafe is modest and tasty. Pleasantly surprised.

The hotel was pleasantly surprised, the administrators are just lovely, stayed on May 18th. The room has everything. It won't work out for lunch - there is no restaurant, but opposite is a wonderful restaurant Maksimych. The administrators gave a 10% discount card. One oversight is parking.
