5 floors, no elevator (it is very uncomfortable and problematic for the elderly to climb to the 4th-5th floor), the number of rooms is large. 2 buildings.

Our room is very warm, at -27 outside the window, it's hot. Window with a crack.
On the 1st floor, inside the building there is also a cafe.
In the neighboring houses you can find a Pyaterochka store, a convenience store, a cafe with sushi and pizza, a "social clothing" store.
As such, there is no parking: where you have time, you will get up there)))
