We do not recommend taking breakfast, because For them, you will pay 250 rubles and you will be sent to the Paul and Beckery cafe, and there the maximum breakfast costs 230 rubles. Moreover, the choice is scarce. In general, the price is overpriced, and much more when compared with Kaliningrad .... And there is also a hotel on the 4th floor - there is no elevator.
