We stayed at the resort in November. They didn’t take a ticket with treatment, but a course lasting 5 days. Before that, they were not in sanatoriums, so they were afraid that they would not withstand a longer stay and become bored. We settled in quickly, upon arrival we were received by the head nurse, completed all the documents, told and showed everything. What I can say, first of all, what immediately catches your eye is the very friendly and welcoming staff, for which I am very grateful to the whole team. Thanks to the most comfortable atmosphere. Everyone will always show and tell everything, you will never feel like an outsider here. The sanatorium itself, the equipment and premises of the rooms, dining room, offices, swimming pool and gym function well, everything is tidy, everything is repaired. In general, in terms of price / quality ratio, everything is very wonderful! Recommended to visit!

Everything is fine, the only drawback is good audibility. It all depends on the case, which neighbors come across. Also, very friendly staff and delicious food. Everything is close. Easy to get to.

Conscientious staff, delicious food, treatment, swimming pool and massage - everything is nearby. Dasha's massage was very good.
Not very comfortable with small children. Coolers without protection from children. My hand was scalded. Open sockets in common areas with TV.

It is always a pleasure to relax in the sanatorium-dispensary "Cheptsa". Wonderful staff, delicious food to choose from (custom menu). Sauna, cedar barrel, various baths, salt room, swimming pool, and a lot of other physiotherapy. Very picturesque places for walking, tubing and skiing. In summer you can go down to the beach. Vacationers go fishing. Many wander through the ruins of the rest home, now only the dining room and some stairs remain from it. Good sports hall. Paintball field nearby.
