I decided to check in at this hotel. when Elena Flying was here and like not a hotel but a dream ...
So NO, from the word at all, the very first impression is of course the key to the room, this is a straight key right with a large leather tag, it was clean inside the room, BUT, the furniture is old, the floor tiles in the bathroom are cracked, I was pleased with the presence of shampoo and gel for shower, now the room itself, the bed is large, there are no complaints about it, the TV that was screwed to the bedside table with screws, of course, surprised, well, it doesn't matter.
The room was cleaned every two days.
There is no minibar in the room, there is a small refrigerator.

Good hotel. For booking, do not use booking.com as there is an extra charge of 500 rubles per person. And at the reception they can neither cancel nor reorder. Breakfast is good. The room is clean. Additionally, they can put a folding bed for an additional fee.
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. Administrator Sofia is very responsive and ready to solve any problem. The rooms are very comfortable, the furniture is new, the renovation was done quite recently. Highly recommend. Almost in the center
On the whole, the results were in line with expectations. Breakfast buffet LG TV with 20 channels. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Of the minuses, this is an inconvenient elevator, or rather its location and the lack of a bottle of water in the form of a complement from the hotel. Cooler on each floor as well as a board with an iron. Solid three stars, good bed and breakfast. I recommend.
