I got a room after renovation. Great view of the Volga. Excellent staff. They offered and helped me register in the loyalty program in order to check in earlier than the allotted time.
A must-stay when traveling to Russia, five-star reviews, safe and convenient.
My favorite place! Too much place and you feel freedom there!
Nice location. Quite clean but very "Soviet" style of the rooms, furniture and bathroom look old but not in a good sense (at least economy standard ones). Food is okay.
At first staff was nice, and they very frindly. The place have a great view on the city and volga river. But actually it's was not a best value or experience
I have visited other places with same and less price and more better experience and value. So for my experience I review this place 3:4 stars

For me, there was one drawback: the elevator was being renovated, so I had to climb the stairs on foot. Thanks for a wonderful stay !!
