I was lucky with the room given a warm and clean room with air conditioning. the interior is normal, homely, everything is quite decent. there was no smell, the bathroom did not leak

Staff are friendly, seated quickly and without problems. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave. The room is clean and the amenities are there. But it looks like a hospital room

Everything from check in to check was great and fast. Great amenities in the room as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great variety of breakfast choices. Right in the center of Ulyanovsk
Liked the area, coffee breaks and the outlet near the couch ( uncomfortable, they are at the bottom - leads to not enough hands). The toilet has a disposable strip to the toilet seat
A good hotel in Ulyanovsk. Of the small minuses - the lack of a robe in the room. And the "Scandinavian" breakfast was not tasty. Everything else is good)
And a little "nitpicking": it's great that they serve an omelette for breakfast, but I would like them to learn how to shoot onions, at least they need to be fried, as well as other ingredients)))
Tea and coffee are constantly updated, there is a kettle and two small (330 ml) bottles of water are put daily. The bathroom has a bathtub and three towels per person
The staff tried to smooth out the unpleasant moments and they generally succeeded. The music from the outdoor restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel is annoying. If the windows face the courtyard, then constant noise

Beautiful, everything is very dignified inside, good rooms, we were 2 adults and 2 children, the bed was just wonderful Large and two folding beds with good hard mattresses and slats. There is a water cooler on the floor
The rooms were very large (we booked a standard room), with stylish antique furniture. The room had everything you need, from an iron and minibar to bathrobes and disposable slippers. We had a buffet at certain times
I always stay here with my family. It's cozy, clean, and comfortable. Excellent food and quality alcohol. Lots of extra perks. There's a water park on site. The quality of the stay exceeds the price.
The alcohol list included several types of bottled wine, champagne in the morning, beer, and two types of cocktails. The kids were treated to milkshakes. We also received free unlimited access to the Ulet water park
This place is amazing! I'm absolutely thrilled! It transports you back to the old days, with palaces and all that. The entrance is incredibly well done; I felt like a king as soon as I got out of the taxi
