We went to the Opohmelochnaya restaurant. The food was fantastic, everything was delicious. The three-fish soup was fantastic, and the pike cutlets on potato pancakes were simply superb (I devoured the fish). The liqueurs, lard, and so on were just like everywhere else in Suzdal—delicious.

Large, well-maintained grounds, a swimming pool, a sauna, two restaurants, secure parking, a mini zoo, and a children's playground with a trampoline. The service is top-notch. It's very conveniently located, both in the city center and in a beautiful, quiet spot. There are several restaurants on site. I tried two, "Ulye" and "Lipota." The food is delicious, the presentation is superb, and the interiors are beyond praise. The hotel has a unique charm; it exudes the spirit of Suzdal and its ancient traditions.
