Clean, looks very good, close to monastiry and center of city. Perfect.
We came with our daughter to see the city from Yekaterinburg. We looked in advance where we could stay, judging by the reviews, the daughter persuaded to book the WAVE! Friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness! The room has everything you need! Bathrobes, slippers, bathroom accessories (hairdryer, cosmetics)! There is a kitchen-dining room where you can warm up, use a coffee machine, just brew instant coffee, and there is tea for every taste! When you have to stay in Murom again, only WAVE !!! Near the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery, where you can buy the most real Murom rolls! Thank you very much VOLNA for the rest !!!
Bad experience from a good hotel
I ordered 4 rooms, but when we arrived, it turned out that only 3 were booked for our group (there were no more free rooms). Showed the mail, in which there were only notifications about the completion of the reservation of 4 rooms and there were no other notifications - I was accused of deleting messages that were inconvenient for me. Then a new accusation followed - that we arrived too late, and therefore the reservation could have been canceled at all, although on the way I answered the administrator's call about our imminent arrival. Then they showed the governor's decree that only vaccinated guests are allowed to stay in hotels. The decree is dated July 14, and the rooms were booked on July 4 and 7. I believe that the client should have been warned about this in advance, and not at the time of check-in. Conclusion: a comfortable hotel with traditional Soviet traditions: a guest is never right.

The hotel is quite comfortable and is located above the pedestrian embankment of the Oka River and next to the city park on the ground floor of a residential building. The rooms are spacious, they are former apartments, but with high quality renovation. To ruin the water supply a little at night. Linen is good but not hotel linen and comes off the mattress of a double bed, but it is well washed and clean, odorless. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! The staff is helpful, we had a pleasant talk with the reception about ice and local color
Inexpensive and for the money a very good hotel. If again will come to Murom, stop here.
