Of the pluses here is only a new renovation.
Stayed here in December 2021. Terrible cold!!!! The hotel management does not go to the meeting, trying to laugh it off on the topic "have you come from Sochi?" The third floor is empty, the windows are broken .... The restaurant on the first floor has nothing to do with the hotel! You can forget about breakfast. During the stay, the kitchen was repaired, they gave the keys and said that you can use it.

Gorgeous table - very tasty cooked, interesting serving. The girls are very polite and responsive. Yes, and the hall itself (we walked the anniversary in the green hall) is very cozy and presentable

Was only in the restaurant. Very tasty, inexpensive. Girls are attentive and polite. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxed.

Unfavorable living conditions, maximum one night and definitely Comfort/Superior category.
I have never seen so many flies, I thought they would take them away at night) it’s not very pleasant. Moreover, no one cleans up the corpses of flies, they crunch underfoot 😤 . Smelling tap water, take water from the store to brush your teeth and drink tea. Bed and linens are clean. There are no breakfasts. They offer to use the services of the Vyazniki restaurant, I don’t advise, I got food poisoning there. It is better to use the services of a pizzeria TO-TO
