All around is sand and devastation and it’s cheap. Everything is old, dilapidated. Absolutely nothing is being modernized. There is no maintenance of the houses. Unless the garbage is removed. There is sand everywhere, not a piece of lawn. Only the areas under the gazebos and parking for 4 cars are concreted. Even from the parking lot to the gazebo you will have to walk on sand. Only one detached house in the sun with several rooms is more or less new, made of brick and with air conditioners. All other houses are a legacy of the USSR. The beach is about 200m away and you have to walk on loose sand. Toilets are like toilets and cannot be closed from the inside. On the plus side, there are refrigerators for drinks, like in a store, with a huge chamber.
