Hotels on Volga River in Volgograd Region

Over the last 15 years (when I was there) the city has changed noticeably. Transformed. It was interesting to walk around the center, stopping at a cafe to have a cup of coffee, along the embankment with its history and reminders of the war. I wanted to stay longer and better understand the history of this city.

Cozy hotel in the city center. The breakfast buffet is very fresh and delicious. The room has everything you need - bathrobe, slippers, dental and shaving kits. Cleaning of the room takes place instantly - they left for breakfast, on their return the room was cleaned. The hall is beautifully decorated.

The city itself is beautiful, there are many cultural places and attractions. There are many places where you can just walk and relax. Hotel Volgograd is beautiful. Excellent staff, lives up to its 5 stars. The restaurant is wonderful.

Good hotel in the very center. Very polite, competent staff. The hotel was built in the Stalinist Empire style. I am glad that inside it was possible to preserve the spirit of the old solid hotel, only an elevator from the remake.

Stayed for a night in August . Lovely room . Excellent food (dinner and Breakfast),minus one star only for the location of the air conditioner. In operation, the unit emits noise. All OST excellent and I Recommend the beach . Before Breakfast you can swim.

The hotel is like a hotel. The value for money is right. Stayed twice, took a single room. Rooms are clean, cleaned daily. For me personally, the minus is sound insulation, it is not. The hotel has a restaurant. They cook tasty business lunch on weekdays. Prices are reasonable.

It is a quiet good hotel, cheap and nearby to a some tourist places, but it also need some organized. There is no near markets just a small shop closes it's doors at 8:00 pm and you will have to take 20 on foot to reach the nearest market. There is a table tennis you can play on your free time.

Very nice small hotel on the 7-8 floor of Sberbank building in 15 minutes walk from the railway station and 15 minutes walk from Volga river embankment. Right in the downtown. A lot of cafes around. Breakfast at Sberbank canteen where you can choose any type of food for a sum of 100 rubles (3,3 USD).

Great location in the center, daily room cleaning and full replacement of towels, friendly staff, Breakfast in the dining room is covered in the amount of 150 rubles/day.

Sometimes pure, sometimes a little dirt, but very convenient location. Five minutes and you are on the Metrotram, ten minutes and you have panorama the battle of Stalingrad.
