Very basic but everything. Good breakfast rr 1300.

The main building is undergoing renovation. The rooms in the temporary building are ok, only the bathroom is not very good. There is a cooler on the 1st floor. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool for a fee. And towels too.

Not a bad hotel for its 2 stars, an inexpensive option to spend the night. But far from the center. The beds are comfortable, there is a shower and a toilet. There is no kettle in the room. Only the audibility is too good. There is wi-fi. Breakfast is the simplest - porridge, cheese, sausage, eggs, muffin. Tea-coffee-milk.
There is parking in the yard. In a cafe, prices are not small. There is a paid pool with a slide on the street, payment per day is 500 rubles, the one who paid is put on a bracelet.

New property, very bad location. It's almost out of the city with no possibilities of transportation, except for taxi on call. Very basic rooms. No internet. Breakfast is measly. They are making a killing out of the FIFA World Cup, but I don't see a reason why travellers will stay here after that. Avoid.
