The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Of the minuses: good audibility, there was no trash can in the room (I could have overlooked, but honestly did not find it in three days).
From the pros: conveniently located, not noisy, next to a bus stop (you can go to the airport if you are light), the center is just a stone's throw away. There is a restaurant across the street, but I can't say what it is.
The staff are friendly and kind; I read on some portals that it was as if they were trying to get rid of you, but either something had changed, or it was not so. Very comfortable shower room.

The room is new, clean! Very pleasant environment. Not far from the city center.
All liked it. Cozy room, clean, large bed, soft mattress, rented by 2 adults + child. Of the minor flaws, there were no disposable slippers, but this is not critical. I advise.
I liked the hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Convenient location for leaving the city for Samara.
We were pleasantly surprised, friendliness, hospitality, attitude to requests - at the highest level. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, a new shower, the whitest towels, dishes, a cooler - everything is very convenient. Despite the road nearby, it was very quiet, had a great sleep.

I liked the stay at the hotel, but there are nuances that spoil the impression.
We rented a junior suite with a pool, we lived together with a child. The room itself is very interesting, but the room is terribly cold !!!! The room has one battery and warm floor, but you can hardly call a floor warm. We lived in a room for two days, on the second day they just died, there was not even a desire to swim in the pool.
Sauna in the room works 2 hours a day, the rest of the time it is paid and very expensive.
The pool water was 21 degrees, although the staff stated it was 26.
The room is clean, towels and bathrobes are also clean.
The mattress on the bed is just great!
There is no drinking water in the room, only in the minibar and for an additional fee.
Breakfast to order, a choice of nine options, delicious.

Very good mini hotel. Everything is clean. 9 breakfasts to choose from.

Filmed for a day, I liked everything very much, the sauna is excellent, just space!
But the pool is too deep and cold .. I would not classify it as a family suite. The children froze and could not swim. We asked to bring a bath or basin for the baby, but this was not there either.

The hotel does not have a desk (booking.com) declared in the description. There is no heated towel rail, water in the room for a fee, the administrator is not aware of how the laundry service works.
In the room, the refrigerator stupidly stands on the floor in the corner. Sockets 3, to connect a laptop to the Coffee table, you need to stretch the cord where you walk.
Chairs under the seat are not normally adapted. There is no chair in the room. The cafe is closed. There are literally no shelves in the bathroom to store your toiletries.
The door is such that you can always hear what is happening in the corridor.
The price is not high, but everything is so inconvenient, ill-conceived and not for people that it's horrible. Wouldn't recommend.

The water in the room with the pool is ice cold, the refrigerator is tiny, there is no soundproofing and partitions between the pool and the sleeping area at all, so sleep is not at all comfortable. The bath is included only for a couple of hours, and then the "horse" hourly price tag.
