Booked through Booking. Luxurious suite, clean towels and sheets, everything in the room shines. Very friendly staff! Very attentive. The main thing in this place is that 20 meters away is the entrance to the basement of the same Central Department Store in which Pauls was captured. The hotel itself is one of the surviving parts of the Central Department Store itself, the museum tells about it. The price for such a room, in my opinion, is very cheap, which is very pleased. It is 800 meters from the hotel to the panorama, and 150 meters to the center. It's just a great place to relax with your family!

Excellent! Above expectations. For 3.500 chic room, spacious, very good environment. When you check in welcome drink - took beer (Miller in cans, but still...). Plus a coffee machine at any time, the coffee is delicious. The breakfast is decent. The staff is friendly. From the wishes to the administration - if there were toothbrushes and a disposable comb, then it would be generally perfect. But even so - my personal assessment: wonderful.

Entering the hotel, you plunge into history. A portrait of Stalin, military paraphernalia reminds of the events of the war. Separately, I note the friendly staff and the opportunity to drink tea or coffee for free at any time. This is rarely where it is. Nice room with everything you need. And for a reasonable fee. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great hotel. Very convenient location. The room is beautiful. Large selection of food for breakfast, favorite pancakes with yum-yum curd. If I'm still in Volgograd I'll come here again.

Excellent location. Not five: the lack of bathrobes, Slippers, a toothbrush set, a rather meager Breakfast. Overall impression is good.

A very good hotel. Located in the historic center of the city. Which is very convenient. There is a light rail station nearby. On foot you can reach almost all the attractions of the city. There are many cafes, pubs and restaurants, parks and squares nearby (good for an evening walk). The embankment is also close. Own parking, cozy spacious rooms, good breakfasts. There is no restaurant of its own, but this is not a problem, since everything is nearby. The building itself has a historical value (TSUM office). The hotel itself is interestingly decorated (the reception area in particular), pleasant and helpful staff. Cleaning every day. Everything is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it, if you decide to come to this glorious city, I think this is the best option. Budgetary, which is important.

A big thank you to all the staff for the stay at your hotel (especially - attentive girls at the front Desk - helped with taxis). All colleagues will recommend your hotel. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, rooms are nice (big, bright, beautiful decor).
