The friendly hotel staff. The rooms are clean. Payment was by Bank transfer and I was asked to pay, therefore 4 stars.

The rooms themselves are clean, in principle, all you need is there.
Service a couple of oddities: 1) entrance door to the hotel was closed for a castle in the middle of the day (2-3pm); 2) from a conversation at check-in: Tell me , in the room have a safe? - In the room know, and at the reception there.
About discounts - there is no single policy. In the Elevator hanging is that guests in the bath have a 20% discount and the receptionist said that only 10%
Breakfast was good, all freshly cooked. The hotel is conveniently located from the airport 10 minutes by taxi. From the hotel to the city center - 10 minutes by taxi. Nearby there are shops. A couple of Catechetic within walking distance.

Overall, not bad, but the rooms have no kettle and the cooler is only on the 1st floor...
For a family holiday is not around the construction site, children are not provided anything.
But the sauna, massage and stuff is a miracle.
