Staff is not rude or unfriendly at all. We felt safe, welcomed, and well served. I will say, website makes you think there are 3 restaurants here. Its one restaurant, with 2 different menus rotating based on time of day

It's a very clean and cozy mid-range hotel with a friendly staff and beautiful design. Importantly, they have two-room suites
It's located on the Moskovsky Highway, near the Botanical Garden and a large shopping center with an oceanarium. I stayed here as a stopover on my way from the south to Moscow

I really liked the hotel, everything is cozy, the room has a hairdryer, slippers, and toothbrushes in bags. The breakfast buffet is quite varied
In front of the hotel, in the parking lot, there is a monument to KiShu
Keep in mind - there is no elevator - we go up the stairs ourselves
