The House of Creativity, a hotel with workshops for sculptors and artists, is located on the territory of the artist's house D.N. Kardovsky, which is located in the corner of the territory and faces the street. The building was built according to a rather original Baltic project, which, unfortunately, did not suit our climate very well. Belongs to the union of artists. The building is decorated with ceramic paintings, a nice little park. The interiors are also decorated with works of art.

Atmospheric place. Convenient access. Minipark on site. Inside there are paintings and sculptures. Numbers are like a jump to an old pioneer camp. Standard rooms, like in childhood. Purely. There is no TV in the room. Breakfasts are not always available (depending on the number of visitors), but there are many places nearby where you can have a wonderful breakfast. Yes! There are also balconies decorated with children's drawings and graffiti. Very cute

Good hotel. The rooms are of course Soviet times. But everything is clean, friendly staff, parking.

Stayed there for 2 nights. On the plus side, the room is clean, there is a kettle, the beds are more or less comfortable, there is parking for cars, hot water is hot, which is not everywhere. The furniture is part of ikea, part of it is old Russian.
The disadvantages for which I took off a point - firstly, it is noisy, if someone starts trying to play on the couch on the second floor, everything is perfectly audible even with some echo. Secondly, it is chilly in the room, especially the legs
