I have been a customer at their restaurant and hope this can be useful as all the others reviewers focused on their stay at the hotel. The place is cozy, with kind personnel and excellent food. Every single detail on the walls, lamps and tables is impressive. The options are very tasty and the prices are fair, so I went back there once again within 2 days. This hotel is very good for kids and food lovers. Fine charge and its food quality is very good. And recommended for any ages of people. Ideal area for party and have treet with friends. But they have to improve more in there presentations. We have a little party there and fun with friends.

Nice and simple. Service is ok but not super. Location is the best thing about hotel. Nice little park area across the street, souvenir shops all nearby and Rostov Kremlin is 5min walk. Breakfast are very frugal choice but ok quality

Nice hotel , friendly staff , quiet clean room with ac, fridge, good mattrass, strong wifi , good lights in room, cosy breakfast with nice choice.

The restaurant is average - the kitchen is not tasty, the prices are too high. Unless the interior is beautiful.

Good location in the centre of the city. Breakfast is included in the price. Some rooms are very tight with ventilation in summer (very hard), but will warn you, if offered one of these.

I always ate here. Now the restaurant staff was reduced, the service is very bad. Although the kitchen is still good.

A quiet place. The old mansion of merchants Pleshanova there is a summer gazebo ,where you can sit in a relaxed atmosphere.

Cozy hotel, clean rooms, excellent cuisine and a full and cheap bizneslanch. The location is very good - Central but quiet.

Would recommend this hotel.Manor and staff of the highest category.

A very good hotel. Rostov Kremlin across the road. The hotel is clean. Were in a superior quadruple room - spacious, with two rooms. In August 2021 - very hot, the windows were opened, there are 2 fumigators for mosquitoes. We didn’t get a fan, as there was an arrival of the players and everything was handed out. We stayed in Rostov for two nights. During the heat. South facing windows and no roller blinds. There is no question of an air conditioner at all. There has already been a meaningful review about the next similar issue, so I will not repeat myself - everything is stated there in the case. Great place in the city center, right under the windows of the Kremlin. In the courtyard there is a cafe and a playground, the breakfasts are delicious, with coffee from a coffee maker, not from bags. The staff is very helpful, its own large parking lot. Great small hotel right next to the Kremlin walls. The rooms are standard, everything you need is there. The cafe where the breakfast was served is very nicely decorated in the style of the 50s. Comfortable hotel in the center of Rostov. The Kremlin is right across the street. Very nice staff at the reception, all issues are resolved. The rooms are cozy. Double beds are large, good mattress. But in triple rooms there is also a single bed, apparently from Soviet stocks. I could not sleep on it. The mattress fell into the springs. This is the main disadvantage. For those who love a 5 star hotel in the Maldives go there!!! And this is a cool, pleasant family house, 3 floors. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite... Just what you need to spend a nice weekend. 2-bed room, for August 21. costs 2400r + nice breakfasts. To the Kremlin 300m. There is a museum in the building

Convenient location, close to the Kremlin, close to various museums. Large room, comfortable beds. For breakfast, you fill out a card with a choice of dishes that will be the next day. Attentive, helpful staff.

The location is excellent, close to the center. Walk to the Kremlin for about 10 minutes. The staff is good. But the plumbing needs to be changed for a long time, the beds are a nightmare. If in the calculation of the price, quite, but do not expect comfort for such a price.

Good hotel in the city center, nice big room in the attic. Minus - very small TV in the room. Toilet + shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast - average, in the restaurant opposite. Antique stylized. It was in January, 2016 in the cold -32 C , in principle, the heating was done but wanted to make it a little warmer. Breakfast is not liked especially the "hot sandwich".
