It can be seen that people are trying and treat their work well, but there is clearly not enough staff. The hotel did not cope with the load of the long weekend in November. We didn’t have time to clear the table in the cafe, we didn’t clean the rooms. There were problems with the accommodation in the rooms.
The situation is best illustrated by the fact that the hotel did not have enough hot water. Hot water!! In the evenings it poured only ice cold, I had to wash in Spartan style.
In general, the hotel is not bad, probably, but do not check in during a large tourist flow.

Of the pluses, only the location. Two steps to the Kremlin. But Rostov is small. Almost all hotels are within walking distance from the center. The number went to the basement, which must be reached through the second floor along a maze of corridors. Very uncomfortable. Especially with things. Booked for two nights. There was no cleaning. Everything in the room is old. The building is poorly ventilated and soundproofed. Some of the rooms are located above the restaurant with karaoke. The rooms are quite old. Not comfortable. There is no hair dryer. Breakfast is acceptable, but it is better to go to the cafe "Alyosha Popovich"
We were placed in a room not of the category we had booked. Instead of a standard room, they settled in an economy room, which is 2 times cheaper. They did not respond to our claim. They said no numbers. The only plus is that the hotel is located at the walls of the Kremlin. If you are planning to stay in Rostov for more than one day, then I do not recommend this hotel to you.
A very good hotel. Rostov Kremlin across the road. The hotel is clean. Were in a superior quadruple room - spacious, with two rooms. In August 2021 - very hot, the windows were opened, there are 2 fumigators for mosquitoes. We didn’t get a fan, as there was an arrival of the players and everything was handed out. We didn’t wait for water in the cooler. Breakfast is included in the price, in a local cafe - a choice of porridge, scrambled eggs, cereals, pancakes, vegetables. We were allowed to leave the car for a day while we were walking. Overall, I liked it, I recommend it.
We stayed in Rostov for two nights. During the heat. South facing windows and no roller blinds. There is no question of an air conditioner at all. There has already been a meaningful review about the next similar issue, so I will not repeat myself - everything is stated there in the case. But I will add color to the picture: a strange fan with minimal air movement; in addition, the old refrigerator warms the already hot atmosphere quite strongly; the mattress on the bed is with rigid springs. So I didn't get a good night's sleep during those two nights. It's good that there is a fumigator in the room, otherwise mosquitoes are annoying. They did not make any complaints about cleaning the room, but there are enough cobwebs on the ceiling in the corners.
Drinking water - on the floor in the cooler. The administrator gave the kettle. And the Pilot extension cord came in handy - for a bunch of chargers and fumigators. The staff are friendly.

Were from the 22nd to the 25th 06.2021. Thank you for giving us a room on the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd, due to a small arrival. The hottest was, on the 3rd under the roof it would have been awful. Rooms are small. There is a refrigerator, no air conditioning. They give fumitox, there are no screens on the windows. In the building of a cafe with a small area on the street. It is convenient to go out through them than through the reception - there are fewer stairs and fewer steps. The most important thing is the location! In the center, everything is within walking distance. The Kremlin is across the road, Lake Nero is a little further, to the right is Sovetskaya street with a bunch of museums and sights. To the left is a row of streets with shops, cafes, canteens (Kharchevnya, I highly recommend it, though only until 18-00) and again sights and just to see the city. Not far from the train stations. The staff is friendly and helpful. Purely. The building is a historical building, so there is little space, there is no elevator, the corridors are long and narrow. The hall on the floor is small.
I can judge by the number in which we were settled. On the second floor. Windows without mosquito nets next to the rumbling hood from the cafe on the ground floor. They go out into the courtyard, where the cafe workers smoke under the windows and, moreover, smells like fried. We checked in in the heat of 30 ° without air conditioning ... The hood rumbled until the end of the cafe -23 hours. In general, we barely survived one night and fled to another hotel. The room has an old antediluvian TV and a small, barely working Morozko refrigerator (Council of Deputies) The bathroom does not have a hairdryer or even an outlet. I was bribed by the location of the guest house, opposite the Kremlin. But, I do not recommend this institution to anyone. Walking a little down the street, there are many wonderful guest houses, where there are all conditions for a normal stay for the same money.
Great place in the city center, right under the windows of the Kremlin. In the courtyard there is a cafe and a playground, the breakfasts are delicious, with coffee from a coffee maker, not from bags. The staff is very helpful, its own large parking lot. The floors are equipped with children's rooms with toys. Ideal hotel for families with children.
Great small hotel right next to the Kremlin walls. The rooms are standard, everything you need is there. The cafe where the breakfast was served is very nicely decorated in the style of the 50s.
