Location: 7 km from the centre town, 20 km from the centre of Yevpatoria, 50 km from Simferopol airport, 10 km from the railway station, 900 m from Saki lake, 3 km from the aquapark "Banana Republic".
Consists of 3-storey building.
Only 11 rooms.
Beach: own sandy, 50 m from the hotel (2 coastline), the length is 1 km away. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

There is no water in the room, probably because of savings, if you spend time on a road trip, then it will definitely go to spend the night on a budget.
Excellent breakfast, right to my liking, maybe someone would not like it, but I really do.
